EN: Panieri.gratis sells in-house developed educational materials in digital format (PDF) intended to help students prepare for exams at Italian universities, especially eCampus, UniPegaso, UniMercatorum, and UniCusano.

3. Intellectual Property / Proprietà Intellettuale
EN: All materials sold on panieri.gratis are original works and are protected by copyright. You may not share, resell, distribute, or modify the purchased material in any way.

4. Purchase and Delivery / Acquisto e Consegna
EN: After completing a purchase, the customer will receive a downloadable PDF file. The file will be sent immediately after payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy / Politica di Rimborso

Single File Purchases:
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of individual PDF files are final. Once the file has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. By completing a purchase, you agree to waive your right to withdraw under applicable consumer protection laws concerning digital content.
VIP Plan Purchases (Tutoring Packages):
VIP plans include a fixed number of personalized files as part of the tutoring service. A refund may be requested only if you have accessed or requested less than 30% of the total number of files included in your VIP plan. If 30% or more of the included files have been delivered or requested, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of the plan and must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued for the tutoring time or support already provided, only for the remaining, unused files.

È possibile richiedere un rimborso solo se hai richiesto o ricevuto meno del 30% del numero totale di file inclusi nel tuo piano VIP. Se il 30% o più dei file inclusi è stato consegnato o richiesto, l’acquisto diventa non rimborsabile.
Il rimborso sarà calcolato sulla parte non utilizzata del piano e deve essere richiesto entro 14 giorni dalla data di acquisto. Non verranno rimborsati i servizi di tutoraggio o assistenza già forniti, ma solo i file rimanenti non utilizzati.

7. Modifications / Modifiche

EN: Panieri.gratis offers optional VIP plans that include one year of personalized tutoring. The tutoring services vary depending on the selected plan and are provided as follows:
- Bronze – €250.00 (You save €50): Includes one year of tutoring, setup of panieri in all formats, assistance with non-listed panieri, and support for 4 subjects (both open and closed format).
- Gold – €400.00 (You save €160): Includes one year of tutoring, setup of panieri in all formats, assistance with non-listed panieri, and support for 8 subjects.
- Platinum – €750.00 (You save €590): Includes one year of tutoring, setup of panieri in all formats, assistance with non-listed panieri, support for 14 subjects, 24/7 tutoring
By purchasing a VIP plan, you agree that tutoring is intended solely to support your individual study and may not be transferred, resold, or used for any commercial or unauthorized purposes.
IT: Panieri.gratis offre piani VIP opzionali che includono un anno di tutoraggio personalizzato. I servizi di tutoraggio variano a seconda del piano selezionato e sono forniti come segue:
- Bronzo – 250,00 € (Risparmi 50€): Include un anno di tutoraggio, impostazione dei panieri in tutti i formati, assistenza per panieri non presenti sul sito e supporto per 4 materie (aperte e chiuse).
- Oro – 400,00 € (Risparmi 160€): Include un anno di tutoraggio, impostazione dei panieri in tutti i formati, assistenza per panieri non presenti sul sito e supporto per 8 materie.
- Platino – 750,00 € (Risparmi 590€): Include un anno di tutoraggio, impostazione dei panieri in tutti i formati, assistenza per panieri non presenti sul sito, supporto per 14 materie, tutoraggio 24/7
Acquistando un piano VIP, accetti che il tutoraggio sia destinato esclusivamente al tuo studio personale e non possa essere trasferito, rivenduto o utilizzato per scopi commerciali o non autorizzati.
